Shipping policy

Where will my order ship from?

If your item will ship from either our shop in Cumbria, England or if the title is not in stock here, from one of our distributors from across the UK and USA.

When will I get my order?

Most of our products should be with you in 2-5 business days for UK, and up to 20 for international, unless you have selected a quicker service. In instances where a title is rare or hard-to-find and not kept in-house, it may take a fortnight as we may need to import it.

For our made to order/bespoke/personalised items, it may take a little longer, as it takes between 2–5 business days to process and create each order.


Will my items be shipped together or separately?

In order to get your items to you as quickly as possible items may be shipped separately in cases where stock is located in different facilities. But if you prefer and don't mind waiting, we can ship them together.

Will I be charged customs for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office.

Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

However, in many countries books are tax exempt. If you believe you may have been wrongfully charged fees, feel free to reach out to us and we will try to help to the best of our ability.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

● Ask your local post office if they have your package

● Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them.

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbour's, get in touch with us with your order number.

How do I track my order?

If your item has been shipped Tracked, you’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please contact us within a weeks' time. We'll need photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order, so please have that ready for when we reply. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
