You can ask us to delete your Ever After Books account and its data at any time. This applies whether you use everafterbooks.uk or the Ever After Books mobile app.
Within 30 days of a confirmed request we permanently delete your sign-in identity, profile, shelves, reading journal, buddy reads and club memberships, saved preferences and remaining LitCoin balance. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone, and a deleted LitCoin balance cannot be refunded or restored.
Important: an Ever After Books account is an Ever After account. Deleting it also deletes your access to other Ever After Group services that use the same sign-in (such as LitFic) and the shared LitCoin wallet. We will confirm this with you before deleting.
Records the law requires us to keep, such as order and payment records for tax and accounting purposes, and routine server logs that rotate automatically. Anything kept is no longer linked to a usable account.
