We accept returns of undamaged items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item.

10. Rewards and Points

Our rewards program ("Litcoins" and XP) is provided at our discretion. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the rewards program at any time.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past twelve months.
