Friday Mood Recs: Mid-year Book Celebration

Every June my Instagram account is flooded with readers participating in the “mid-year book celebration”—known by some as the “mid-year book freakout.” I love seeing all of these posts because it reminds me how many wonderful books are out in the world and how vast and varied all of our reading tastes are. I’m sharing my responses to the prompts today (with a few of my own thrown in), and I’d love to hear the books that come to your mind of each of the categories as well.
